A 4 week online course to help you manage (literally with a breath) the storm of emotions more smoothly throughout your day.

Wondering how to use your breath to reset your nervous system?  How to literally breathe from FREEZE to FLOW, from frantic to focused, from chaotic to clear?

Are you finding yourself frantic, overwhelmed, triggered, exhausted, in frantic or in freeze mode?  Are you curious to learn how to befriend your nervous system, and to find the tools to regulate the waves of stress and emotions more smoothly into a calmer state of mind?

In this 4 week online course we will equip you with practical tools to: 

1. Identify when your nervous system is dysregulated before tipping over into freeze or frantic mode 

2. Balance yourself with a breath and build up a morning/evening practice that fits your lifestyle 

3. Uncover what is tipping you over into stress, indecisiveness, freezing or disconnection at work, in relationships, or in leisure activities 

4. Implement easy breathing routines to create long lasting shifts  This is your call to reclaim your nervous system and regulate your stress reactions.
