Breathe into Polarity becoming aware of how your masculine and feminine energy is serving or sabotaging you?

Masculine and feminine energy. Have you ever asked yourself which energy is more present in you at the moment?

Is your masculine more dominant? Is your feminine energy bringing forth your intuitiveness? Are both of these energies serving you or sabotaging? Light and dark. Sun and moon. Yin and Yang. Inhale and exhale. Polarity. We exist within these dual forces. They complement each other and bring wholeness. There is no light without darkness. There is no inhalation without exhalation. Feminine energy is seen as yin, being, nurturing, caring, flowing and intuitive. Masculine energy is yang, action-orientated, goal-oriented, focussed and reason driven. If you want to learn how your masculine and feminine energy can serve or sabotage you? Every day we will guide a 6 minutes Polarity Breath here on our Instagram live @ www.instagram.com/spirit_of_breath_collective. We recommend wearing relaxed clothes and eating only lightly before the session. Find a place to lie down comfortably and straight. Good headphones or speakers so you can experience the music and guidance fully. Optional pen and paper. Often the body temperature changes during breathwork therefore a blanket can be more comfortable. No previous experience needed.
