We’re excited to invite you to our next Free Sunday Online Breathwork Session with Indri & Sascha! Sunday, September 29th, at 6 - 7:30pm Berlin Time (CEST), we’ll be focusing on a theme that resonates deeply with many of us: 

Embrace and Transform Your Inner Critic. Our inner critic can be relentless, often hindering our growth and well-being. This session will provide a dedicated space to explore, understand, and gently transform that critical voice within. Through guided breathwork, we’ll work on shifting our mindset, fostering self-compassion, and cultivating a more positive inner dialogue.
