We recommend wearing relaxed clothes and eating only lightly before the session.  Find a place to lie down comfortably and straight. Good headphones or speakers so you can experience the music and guidance fully. Optional pen and paper. Often the body temperature changes during breathwork therefore a blanket can be more comfortable.
