His breathwork journeys are shaped to create an exploration of our own inner landscape and to connect to our innate wisdom.

He serves with a great deal of curiosity and he holds the space with certainty and calm.

Sascha Zeilinger, founder of Spirit of Breath and certified Alchemy of Breathwork facilitator & trainer, teaches us how to consciously use one of the most powerful tools nature has given us to experience positive shifts in our emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Together  they will take you on a transcendental journey with elements of breathwork.
