About the event

Spirit of Breath Collective 

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to develop a relationship with your breath and clear your body, mind and soul of 'stuck' energy. It allows you to identify where your personal blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for a physical, mental and emotional detox. Empty yourself through conscious breathing and come home to your heart!

Breathwork both activates you, and at the same time allows you to fully relax, releasing tension whilst liberating yourself from limiting beliefs. Many of us find ourselves going round in a loop of thinking and behaving from 'triggered' places of old habits. Conscious breath practice can re-connect you to your innate inner wisdom and help you open your heart to radical self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance. It's a powerful healing modality commonly being called the 'next big thing' - come and discover for yourself why.

About Kirsten: I grew up with parents who have been on a spiritual path already. No surprise i started practicing Yoga pretty soon in my live and went further with a teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I went deep into Pranayama immersions and workshops. Ever since the trainings i established a Pranayama practice and found a deep connection to my breath.I became fascinated by the deep impact it has on my being. Breathwork followed. Breathwork opened my heart in a way i never felt before and opened the door to my inner wisdom which I never experienced in that way before. After finishing a 9 month Trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator training with Steph Magenta and Dr. Rae Riedel, Pranayama trainings with Octavio Salvado, Mark Whitwell and Petros Haffenrichter together with Buteyko Trainings with Ralph Skuban I now hold spaces for Breathwork journeys, help students to find a connection to their breath and inner landscape. I support them to establish a breathing practice by themselves to navigate through live more easily. I am tremendously happy having found out that the the most effective healing tool is within all us and always available."

The breath style we use is not advised for conditions such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, acute heart conditions, epilepsy or delicate pregnancy. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to joining us.
