About the event

A journey through Movement & Breath and Sound

Sascha Zeiliger, founder of SPIRIT OF BREATH and certified ALCHEMY OF BREATHWORK facilitator & trainer, is no unknown anymore to the TGOB community due to his breathwork sessions. During these workshops people learn how to consciously use one of the most powerful tools nature has given us, the breath, to experience all kinds of shifting and healing experiences in their emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Thomas Koch aka DJ T. has been an internationally known DJ, producer and electronic music activist for 30 years before he got into the art of Ecstatic Dance in the Sacred Valley of Peru. In the past few years he has been channeling all his experience into this new field where, through creating a safe container of free movement within a ceremonial setting, the dancers can experience themselves in a more conscious way.

Together the two have now created a mutual format that combines both of their disciplines to a new unique format. Within a round about 100 minutes long experience that they will take the participants through a transcendental journey that combines breatwork, movement and sound.
