You're still showing up. Still sending the emails. Still making it through the week. From the outside, everything looks fine.
Inside, something is missing. The taste, the texture, the energy that used to be there. You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. You feel flat where you used to feel alive. This isn't laziness. It isn't lack of discipline. It's a nervous system that has been asked to do too much, for too long, with too little recovery. Burnout doesn't always look like collapse. Sometimes it looks like a person who keeps going long after their body has asked them to stop. This Sunday, we begin to listen again.
