1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all online courses, digital products, and services (“Services”) offered by Sascha Zeilinger, including live online sessions and digital content delivered through this website.
Consumers and business customers (“Clients”) enter into a binding agreement by purchasing or registering for a Service through this website.
Any Client’s own terms are not applicable unless agreed in writing.

All Services are delivered with care and expertise; however, no specific learning or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Access to video content is provided through online streaming. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their device meets the technical requirements.
3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when:

The Client completes the purchase or registration form and submits payment; and

The Provider confirms the order or grants access to the purchased content.
Orders are typically confirmed by email.
The Provider may decline an order within five days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods available through Wix and third-party processors (e.g., PayPal) are shown at checkout.

International payments may incur bank or currency fees, payable by the Client.

When using PayPal, the terms of PayPal (Europe) apply.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

6. Service Content & Teaching Materials

All rights to course content, recordings, and teaching materials remain with the Provider.

Materials are delivered digitally (download/email). No physical copies are provided unless expressly agreed.

Clients may not record, copy, or share course content, sessions, or materials without written permission.
7. Digital Content & Usage Rights

Unless stated otherwise, the Client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited license to use digital content for private and commercial purposes.

Usage rights become effective only after full payment.
8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation:

for intent or gross negligence

for injury to life, body, or health
-
under statutory product liability laws

where an explicit guarantee is provided
For negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damages. In all other cases, liability is excluded. These rules also apply to the Provider’s agents and representatives.
10. Applicable Law

German law applies.
For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence are not restricted.
11. Place of Jurisdiction
If the Client is a business customer or legal entity under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s business location. For international business Clients, the same applies. However, the Provider may also bring claims at the Client’s place of business.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution
