AnnMarie is a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator via Spirit of Breath Collective, pranayama coach, functional breathing instructor & business manager.

AnnMarie’s intention is to hold safe space for others to reconnect with themselves allowing their truth & authenticity to surface through cultivating awareness of their breath and connection to intuition.

Having deep dived into breathwork as an aid to her own healing journey with recurrent collapsed lungs AnnMarie discovered the healing power of conscious breathwork practice and our own innate ability to work with our own energy to heal ourselves.

There is no prior knowledge or experience needed as you will be guided safely from our Spirit of Breath Collective experts.

This is going to be a wonderful and intense week for all of us and we can’t wait to spend this time with you. Together we will unfold the magic of breathing as a collective, healing ourselves and others, diving deep into this real connection.
