I grew up with parents who have been on a spiritual path already. No surprise i started practicing Yoga pretty soon in my live and went further with a teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I went deep into Pranayama immersions and workshops. Ever since the trainings i established a Pranayama practice and found a deep connection to my breath.
I became fascinated by the deep impact it has on my being. Breathwork followed.
Breathwork opened my heart in a way i never felt before and opened the door to my inner wisdom which I never experienced in that way before.
After finishing a 9 month Trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator training with Steph Magenta and Dr. Rae Riedel, Pranayama trainings with Octavio Salvado, Mark Whitwell and Petros Haffenrichter together with Buteyko Trainings with Ralph Skuban I now…
